No, you will be conscious and aware.  You will retain your self-control and morals.  If any suggestion was given to you which you did not agree with you could reject it or be shocked out of hypnosis.  Remember hypnotherapy is not stage hypnosis.

Will I remember what happens?

Yes there isn't any amnesia after hypnosis, you will remember everything that took place.

What type of issues can it help?

Hypnotherapy can help in many circumstances, here to name a few - weight management,  smoking cessation, addictions, eliminating stress and anxiety, boosting confidence, increasing your performance in driving, golf or running. Eliminating panic attacks, fears or phobias, obsessive compulsive behaviour.  Pain management, P.M.S and so much more.

What does it feel like?

Hypnosis is a pleasant, peaceful state of mental and physical relaxation.  Similar to the moment when you are just about to fall asleep, however it is best not to have any preconceived ideas and just experience the sessions in your own unique way.

How many sessions will I need?

Every issue and every person is unique.  Usually two or three sessions, more or less may be needed depending on the persons motivation.
